Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS 

Returns are only available for items not marked “final sale” if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn. The Vault Clothing Co offers returns within 30 days of the order's original ship date. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Your store credit will be in the form of a refund to original form of payment which will be available within 3 to 5 days after we receive and process the return. 

 

TO RETURN:

  • Please make sure your order meets our return conditions and is not a final sale item.
  • Please include your Order Number (which is in your original order confirmation email and on your printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.). You can include the packing slip from your order with your return or jot this information down on a piece of paper! 
  • We do ask our Customers to cover the cost of their returns. Please use the courier of your choice!

You may return items within 30 DAYS of original purchase. Once it is past the 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit. Return shipping and handling costs are the customers responsibility. Any shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded. 

 

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges: 

  • Items sold at 30% off or more
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Food items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Health & Personal Care Items 
  • Gift Cards 
  • Prom Dresses/Formalwear

Rewards points earned on a returned item will be deducted from your rewards account. Once points are used on a purchase, they have been redeemed and cannot be returned to your account. 

**Beginning in November each year, any purchase made as Christmas gifts can be returned until January 31st. Gifts will be refunded to a gift card to be used on a future purchase! 

 

EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be in its original condition - unused or unworn with tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Shoes must have the box they came in. You may exchange an item within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once we receive the item you are wishing to exchange we will complete the exchange process on our end and send the new item to you! 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS  

If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team within 72 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any item that appears to have been worn, had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will not be accepted. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately at contact@thevaultclothingco.com. We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that have been worn or washed.
